Deshalb w\u00e4hlen sie einen Beton, der \u201es\u00e4urebest\u00e4ndig\u201c ist. Es hat sich jedoch gezeigt, dass die Verwendung von s\u00e4urebest\u00e4ndigem Beton nicht immer ausreichend ist. Eines der Hauptprobleme ist die Korrosion der Bewehrung im Beton (auch Betonf\u00e4ule genannt) und die Carbonatisierung.<\/p>\n<h5>Betonf\u00e4ule &amp; Carbonatisierung<\/h5>\n<p>Die Carbonatisierung ist ein nat\u00fcrlicher Prozess des Betons. W\u00e4hrend des Aush\u00e4rtungsprozesses bildet sich Calciumhydroxid, das mit Kohlendioxid reagiert. Calciumhydroxid sorgt f\u00fcr eine alkalische Umgebung und sch\u00fctzt so die Stahlbewehrung im Beton. Durch die Carbonatisierung sinkt der pH-Wert unter 8\/9, was zur Korrosion der Bewehrung f\u00fchren kann.<\/p>\n<h5>H2S Schwefelwasserstoff<\/h5>\n<p>H2S bildet zusammen mit dem Vorhandensein von organischen S\u00e4uren (z.B. Milchs\u00e4ure, Essigs\u00e4ure) eine der bedrohlichsten S\u00e4uren f\u00fcr den Schutz Ihrer Betonkonstruktion. Organische S\u00e4uren k\u00f6nnen sogar bei Konzentrationen von \u00b1 1 % ein Problem darstellen. H2S kann bei einer Mindestkonzentration von Sauerstoff im Biogas (bei Kondensation im Gasbereich) Schwefels\u00e4ure bilden. H2S, das durch den Abbau von schwefelhaltigem organischem Material in den Eingangsstr\u00f6men entsteht, bildet ein Gleichgewicht zwischen dem G\u00e4rrest und dem Biogas. Das im Biogas vorhandene H2S f\u00fchrt zu Betonsch\u00e4den im Headspace oder Gasbereich.<\/p>\n<h5>Sch\u00fctzen Sie Ihre Biogasanlage<\/h5>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend des Biogasprozesses wird eine Entschwefelung durchgef\u00fchrt (z. B. durch kontrollierte Luftzufuhr), die jedoch nicht ausreicht, um den negativen Einfluss von H2S zu beseitigen. Die Temperatur des Biogases oberhalb des zu verg\u00e4renden Materials ist h\u00f6her als die Temperatur an der Betonwand. Dadurch bildet sich eine Kondensationsschicht an der Wand. Durch das Vorhandensein von H2S entsteht eine saure Umgebung. In der sauren Kondensationsschicht an der Betonwand entwickeln sich in der Gasphase Bakterien, die Schwefels\u00e4ure in immer h\u00f6heren Konzentrationen produzieren. Die S\u00e4ure wird die Betonwand angreifen. Mit der Zeit geht der Zusammenhalt des zementgebundenen Materials verloren und der Beton zerf\u00e4llt bis zur Bewehrung, was zu Stabilit\u00e4tsproblemen f\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<h5>Rocathaan Hotspray als ideales Finish<\/h5>\n<p>Diese fugenlose Oberfl\u00e4che sch\u00fctzt Ihre Anlage \u00fcber viele Jahre hinweg vor den oben genannten Einfl\u00fcssen. Das Produkt wird hei\u00df und nahtlos aufgespr\u00fcht und h\u00e4rtet innerhalb von 10 Sekunden aus. Die Zusammensetzung des Systems h\u00e4ngt zum Teil vom vorhandenen Untergrund ab.
