Hierdurch sind sie starken Belastungen ausgesetzt, wobei Aspekte wie Rutschfestigkeit und Reinigungsf\u00e4higkeit wichtige Eigenschaften sind. Dar\u00fcber hinaus muss die Oberfl\u00e4che vor allen Arten von \u00e4u\u00dferen Einfl\u00fcssen gesch\u00fctzt werden, die S\u00fc\u00df- und Salzwasser betreffen k\u00f6nnen. Eine fugenlose Oberfl\u00e4che auf der Basis von Rocathaan-Polyurea wird in einer Dicke von 2 bis 3 mm aufgetragen. Wir sprechen nicht mehr von einer Beschichtung, sondern von einem Liner oder einer Kunststoffschicht.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Schichten werden unter hohem Druck aufgespr\u00fcht und schlie\u00dfen nahtlos an den Untergrund an. Alle Details sind vollst\u00e4ndig in die Kunststoffschicht eingearbeitet, die einen maximalen Schutz f\u00fcr das Schiff bietet. Gleichzeitig ist die Oberfl\u00e4che pflegeleicht und widerstandsf\u00e4hig gegen\u00fcber den mechanischen Belastungen, die auf einem Schiff auftreten. Rocathaan-Polyurea ist extrem widerstandsf\u00e4hig, verschlei\u00dffest und z\u00e4helastisch, was bedeutet, dass Sch\u00e4den durch herabfallende schwere Gegenst\u00e4nde minimal sind. In jedem Fall bleibt die Funktionalit\u00e4t der Schicht jederzeit erhalten. Auch Einfl\u00fcsse aus dem Untergrund stellen f\u00fcr dieses riss\u00fcberbr\u00fcckende Produkt kein Problem dar.<\/p>\n<p>Die synthetischen Beschichtungen auf der Basis von Rocathaan-Polyurea werden u.a. f\u00fcr folgende Zwecke verwendet:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Schiffsdecks<\/li>\n<li>Verarbeitungsdecks<\/li>\n<li>Schiffsr\u00e4ume<\/li>\n<li>K\u00fchl- und
