><p><strong>Prokol f\u00fchrt in seinem umfangreichen Produktangebot auch zahlreiche Erzeugnisse auf Polyurethanbasis. Dazu geh\u00f6ren verschiedene Beschichtungen und Hotspray-Produkte, die f\u00fcr ein breites Spektrum an Anwendungen geeignet sind. Bei der Entwicklung dieser PU-Produkte findet eine Reaktion zwischen Diisocyanaten und Polyolen statt. F\u00fcr diese Diisocyanate wurde im Jahr 2020 eine Beschr\u00e4nkung f\u00fcr die Verarbeitung von PU-Produkten ver\u00f6ffentlicht. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prokol legt gr\u00f6\u00dften Wert auf den sicheren Umgang mit PU-Produkten. Seit mehreren Jahren ist bekannt, dass Diisocyanate nach Hautkontakt eine Sensibilisierung der Atemwege verursachen k\u00f6nnen. Dies kann zu einer (allergischen) Reaktion oder in extremen F\u00e4llen zu (vor\u00fcbergehenden) Atemproblemen f\u00fchren. Um dies zu verhindern, wurde am 4. August 2020 (durch die REACH-Verordnung) eine Beschr\u00e4nkung f\u00fcr Diisocyanate eingef\u00fchrt, die eine bedeutende Ver\u00e4nderung mit sich bringt. Ab dem<strong> 24. August 2023<\/strong> m\u00fcssen alle gewerblichen und industriellen Anwender von PU-Produkten geschult und zertifiziert werden. Dies ist als Online-Schulung (Selbststudium) mit Pr\u00fcfung m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n<h5>Schulung<\/h5>\n<p>Seit Februar 2022 tragen alle Prokol PU-Produkte ein Etikett, das an die obligatorische Schulung erinnert. F\u00fcr die PU-Produkte von Prokol ist eine Schulung erforderlich, aber es werden mehrere Schulungen angeboten. Nachdem Sie ein Konto erstellt haben, k\u00f6nnen Sie hier die entsprechende Schulung ausw\u00e4hlen die am besten zu Ihrer Anwendung passt.
