From raw material to workable substance
The metal industry is a very long-chain industry. It’s an industry that starts with ore and eventually ends up at the consumer/user in a wide variety of objects/articles/products (for example, machines, equipment and means of transport). A very heavy industry starting from the raw material and ending in very fine metal processing (e.g. steel giant blast furnaces). We can distinguish them in machining processes such as drilling, turning, milling, grinding and cutting and non-machining processes such as bending, casting, hammering, stamping, pressing, punching, forging and rolling.
Floor coating
These processes (production chain) take place via networks of companies that supply a semi-finished product and/or a finished product. Every work environment is different and involves different safety risks. Prokol’s systems mainly focus on floors (floor coatings) that must be able to withstand some rough handling. Safety and ease of cleaning are important aspects too. Prokol will happily advise you on the purchase of a coordinated coating system.
