From raw material to product
The production of paper and cardboard is characterised by a long process through many different departments and high capacity. Raw materials such as fibres, fillers, colours, glues and water form the basis of the process. The paper production department is the heart of the factory involving wastepaper/paper fibre preparation, use of paper machines, sheet formation, pressing, drying and post-treatment. The humidity and temperature in these rooms are typically high.
Such spaces are (practically) unsuited for conditioning and the conditions will eventually affect the structure (reinforcement steel) of these buildings. Therefore, protect these structures against excessive loads. This may concern subsurfaces such as concrete, metals and/or wood as a base on a floor, wall and/or ceiling.
This product has the following properties:
- Suitable for various subsurfaces
- Dries in 5 to 60 seconds
- Extremely strong, viscoelastic, impact-resistant and crack-bridging
- Resistant to major temperature shocks
- Highly resistant to many chemicals
- Completely liquid-proof
- Highly cost-effective
